The small print

All items in our webshop can be shipped worldwide, although this can become expensive with the larger items.

The items I design and sell are not toys - and should not be given to unsupervised children.

Please take due care when hanging glass suncatchers in windows. The larger pieces are quite heavy, and the plastic ‘suckers’ that stick onto windows may not be secure enough!
If at all possible, arrange a secure fixing with a nail or hook into the window-frame.

In some cases the item shown on the website is a one-off - and so the photo shows the item that you will receive. Sometimes I will show a 'generic' photo - which gives a reasonable idea of how your item will look - but may not be an exact replica (e.g. the patterning on a piece of glass may not be identical to the one that you receive).
Please let me know if you have particular requirements. No two pieces of glass are ever identical (that’s part of the fun!) - this is especially true of patterned dichroic glass, and ‘wispy’ or ‘baroque’ glass.
If you are unsure - please ask !

Purchasing

All of the items in the webshop are available for immediate purchase via Paypal.
You do not need to have a Paypal account in order to pay - as Paypal will accept all major credit cards on our behalf.

For ‘standard’ items,  I will despatch your items as soon as I receive your payment.
Bespoke (made-to-order) items will be despatched as soon as they are completed - which will generally be within a week of your order. If I have to obtain special glass to complete your order than that can add a few days (most of our glass is sourced from Ireland, though some of it is only available for overseas suppliers.
If you have a deadline (birthday, wedding etc.) then please contact us before ordering and we can confirm delivery dates.

Overseas purchase. We are happy to ship ‘anything’ to ‘anywhere’ - but please contact us before ordering so that we can work out the most cost-effective way of doing this for you.

Satisfaction guarantee

If, for any reason, you are unhappy with your item - please contact me immediately, and I will do my best to sort out the problem. If we cannot resolve the problem between us then I will refund your money, less any post & packing charges, when you return the item to me in its original condition and packaging.
