Fused-glass Rainbow / Chakra 'double-cross' suncatcher

This handmade rainbow glass suncatcher has been kiln-fused at temperatures up to 800c in a process that take seven hours from start to finish.
It includes the rainbow or chakra colours, and makes a stunning decorative piece that can also be helpful in healing or meditation.
Measures 6 to 7 inches tall.

One of the great things about creating glass art is that different people read different things into it. Several customers loved this suncatcher as a christening / communion gift - as they see not one but two crosses in the design. Another customer gave some of these suncatchers to his expat. children, explaining to them that they represent the love and colour that surrounds them, wherever they may be.
