Every item in our store comes with free postage (within Ireland) - so there are no nasty surprises when you checkout.
If you are in the USA then it's an additional €15 for shipping.
If you live somewhere else (and we'll happily ship to anywhere on the planet), then please contact us before you checkout - and we will be able to provide you with an estimate of the postage costs - which you can then pay via a separate Paypal transaction.
If you live in the UK, then, after 1/1/21 I've no idea whether we can ship to you or not, or how much extra it might cost in terms of additional taxes and duties. We'd love to be able to sell to you - so, if you're interested, please contact us and we'll see what we can do.
We will normally post twice a week - on Tuesdays and Fridays. If you need your purchases posted sooner - please mention this in the 'comments' box when checking-out - and we will do all we can to help.
Photographing glass and greetings cards is always challenging, and the dichroic glass in particular is very difficult to show in a still photograph. There will always be differences in the way the colours are shown across smartphones, tablets and computers. Rest assured that all of the items in this webshop look much better in real life than in these photographs, and, should you be in any way dissatisfied with your purchases I ask that you return them to us for a full refund.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase then we're sorry to hear that. Simply return the item to us in its original unused condition within 28 days of receipt.
Returned items should be unused and unworn (if applicable) and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation. We will issue a full refund on receipt, excluding the original delivery charge. Alternatively, if preferred, we will also be happy to exchange the item.
Please note: Goods will only be accepted for return if they are returned within 28 days of delivery, unless we have notified you otherwise.
The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty and a refund is made.
Please also note we will refund an item if it is faulty, after a thorough check of the item. Please allow 7 working days for a refund to be processed.
